Hello! You probably already know this, but I'm starting a blog.
As my first blog, the first post felt a little intimidating, so I brought the standards bar way down.
When you start lifting for the first time, choose a lower weight that suits you. New to drawing? Start with simple shapes. If you are getting into running, begin don't over-do the milage on the first few weeks.
In the beginning, lower the floor a little and just get started.
So, this is it. Post 1.
